Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Le Cavendish in Cannes, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's commitment to using local and organic products in their culinary offerings. As a French Riviera aficionado, I appreciate the attention to detail in selecting high-quality ingredients like the honey sourced from a nearby producer in Grasse, which added a delightful touch to my breakfast experience. One particular morning, I savored the delicious home-made cakes, complemented by Mariage Frères teas and Malongo fairtrade coffee – a true indulgence for a food enthusiast like myself. The freshness of the fruit and organic yoghurts further highlighted the hotel's dedication to providing a wholesome dining experience. The open bar in the evenings, featuring a selection of French wines and gluten-free products, added an elegant touch to the ambiance. This attention to detail extended to the hospitality, where the staff ensured my breakfast preferences were met promptly, making each mealtime a personalized delight.Le Cavendish's commitment to using locally sourced ingredients and offering a diverse array of breakfast options truly sets it apart. For travelers seeking a culinary journey intertwined with warm hospitality, this hotel is a must-visit destination on the French Riviera.
